Who’s got all the pies? Drayton Manor Theme Park!

Visitors who work up an appetite from the excitement of experiencing Drayton Manor Theme Park’s rides and attractions can now indulge their taste buds with mouthwateringly delicious pie and mash meals, following the opening of a new pie shop.

Humble Pies opened following a partnership with 19Gales Farm, a family run farm situated just seven miles from the park. It sells a wide variety of delicious pies, sausage rolls and pasties, with prices starting at just £2.20.

Marc Tierney, Drayton Manor’s Senior Retail Catering Manager, said: “Drayton Manor has been serving food at the park since the 1960s and over the decades we’ve always sought to improve and expand the catering facilities.

“We already sell a wide range of dishes, from traditional fast food, such as burgers and chips, as well as salads and vegetarian dishes, but we were keen offer visitors a premium, locally sourced option, which is exactly what they will get from Humble Pies.”

John Pilsworth from 19Gales added: “All the food served in Humble Pies is made at the farm 24 hours before being delivered to the park. In addition, all the meat comes from animals that are reared on our farm and we even make the pastry, so Drayton Manor’s visitors are guaranteed fresh and delicious food that can be enjoyed hot or cold.”

Humble Pies is located in the heart of the theme park near to the entrance to the zoo.
