Thorpe Park release another crazy Press Release!
Today, Thorpe Park have released a press release – featuring a Headless Monk!
That’s right! According to their latest publicity stunt, “Staff had complained that objects had been moved around, they felt like someone was watching over their shoulders and reported being hit by a sudden cold feeling.”
According to the PR, Storm Surge has had to be relocated due to it apparently being built on an Ancient Burial ground, near which a headless Monk has been sighted by workers!
Of course, everyone within the Enthusiast community knows straight away that this is not true. However, it certainly has got people talking!
So, what are your thoughts on the PR stunts we see coming from Merlin parks recently? A bit over-the-top? Or maybe you quite like them. Let us know!
