Pleasure Beach Blackpool Plan to Refurbish Revolution

It seems Valhalla is not the only ride to be getting some major attention this year at Pleasure Beach Blackpool, as earlier today, images were released showcasing the planned renovations due to take place on the park’s Arrow Dynamics rollercoaster, Revolution.

Previously sponsored by soft drink manufacturer, A.G. Barr, the ride sported a blue and orange colour scheme. This is however, being replaced this season, in favour of a more ‘industrial’ grey/chrome and white coating. An exact date as to when the rollercoaster shall reopen has not yet been announced.

This will be Revolution’s third change of colour since opening in 1979, as the UK’s first inverting rollercoaster.
