Paultons Park Build Brand New Maintenance Workshop

Paultons Park have revealed what the large building, located to the left of the park entrance is.

Apparently many enquiries have been made, as people are left baffled as to what exciting new addition shall be added to the park.

However, it is a brand new Engineering shed, which replaces the 15 year old used currently.

“We can confirm that this will be a brand new 8500sq ft engineering workshop – which will be two and a half times larger than our existing workshop!

The engineering workshop is where the rides and attractions at Paultons are serviced and looked after both during the winter months when we are closed and the open season. It is an essential part of our operations to ensure that the rides run smoothly and are kept looking spick and span all year round.

Some facts and figures…

• The new engineering workshop is 8500sq ft (2.5 times bigger than our existing workshop)
• The existing workshop was built in 1996, since then the Engineering Team has quadrupled in size and needed a lot more space to work!
• The building has a long transparent roof built into the centre of the ceiling providing excellent natural lighting for our engineers to work in.
• The new workshop is situated adjacent to a new goods inwards area which is also being developed. This will allow goods vehicles to enter and exit the Park separately to Park Guests bringing with it a more efficient environment for all goods and services coming to the Park to be dealt with.”
