New Ride for Grand Pier

The all new Grand Pier at Weston-Super-Mare continues it’s development after only a few months of opening, back in October 2010. The company has purchased a £50k kiddies tower ride, after collating feedback from their customers.

“Galaxy Rider has seats for two children and large windows provide an exciting panoramic experience. The Weston seafront attraction has purchased the super tall version, which towers 7.5m high. The ride sits in the middle of the pavilion building. It has been brought over from Italy and is being installed this week.”

This is excellent news for the Pier – illustrating their success after re-opening due to a fire which destroyed the previous pier in 2008.
