Merlin Commision a Further 11 Apps for Development

It has been revealed that Merlin Entertainments have ordered another 11 Applications for different Theme Park and Attractions around the world.

Currently, Apps exist for THORPE PARK and the Alton Towers Resort, as well as numerous other international attractions.

The Applications, which are available for iPhone/iPod, Android and Blackberry, aim to add value to guests days out, as well as being a great platform for the Theme Parks to communicate with guests – often providing the latest ticket deals and live queue times.

Developers of the Apps, Dogfi.sh said:

“We were confident that if we teamed up and pooled our experience, skills and networks that we could create a compelling offering.

“We just didn’t realise how well that offering would be received in such a short space of time. The demand really has been staggering.”

It is not yet known which Attractions the Apps will be developed for.
