Nickelodeon Land Construction Update

A load of new pictures have emerged over at Thrill Master, showing the construction of Nickelodeon Land, at Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Nickelodeon Land, for those of you who do not know, is to be a brand new area for Blackpool Pleasure Beach, a result of a £10million investment. Lightwater Bird of Prey Closure

Rather sadly, Lightwater Valley have confirmed that the Bird of Prey centre situated next to the park entrance is has closed its doors today for the last time. Previously open all year round since 2003, the owners (different owners to the park) were quoted to say the attraction was "no longer viable to keep going".The attraction was home to over 60 birds, and was also home to Britain's Largest Golden Eagle. ...
